1- CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched expect for custom orders. To do so, please get in touch
with our Customer Delight Team on +92 304 333 2636 or at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and
your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
2-WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
Our Customer Delight Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion.
For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the
payment or via a gift card. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the
amount to reflect in your account. The gift card once issued, can be used right away. For Cash on Delivery orders,
refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.
3-HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the 'My Account Order Tab'.
If you have placed the order as a guest your details won't reflect in the 'My Account' section but don't worry,
we will send you timely updates via email and SMS apprising you of your order status.
4-HOW DO I REDEEM MY STORE CREDIT/VOUCHER?
Enter your voucher code at the checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and
reflect against the total amount.
6-WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?
We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our warehouse from our factory.
And hence a delay in dispatch is possible. Each individual product has a different dispatch timeline.
We try our best to dispatch all the products of your order in one shipment for your convenience.
In case you have ordered a Pre-order product, your whole order will be dispatched when all the pieces are available.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
We have free shipping above Rs.2500 across Pakistan for all orders.
8-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
This depends on whether the products in your order are on Pre-order, mode of payment and on your location. W
e dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach
you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of
these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.
9-Mode of payment
a. Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products the next working day itself.
But this is based on the product.
b. Cash on Delivery Orders: - We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery
order is confirmed. But this is based on the product.
Locations of delivery
Within Pakistan: Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the courier to be delivered
International: Please allow 10 to 15 working days for the courier to be delivered

11-RETURNS WITHIN PAKISTAN
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product or store credit. If a certain style is a FINAL SALE,
the same is mentioned on that specific product page itself, and it is NOT eligible for return/exchange.
For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned
product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Do note, free gifts/products
won or received in promotional offers, & Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
12-WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY?
You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for a year.
13-WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged,
defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your
order with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
14-WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

products you wish to return and the reason or fill our return form.
15-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
1-WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
a. Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you.
However, this service is available only in within Pakistan.
2-DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes we do, however this is applicable only in Pakistan.
3-HOW DOES CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) WORK?
When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is
confirmed will we dispatch the same. There are 3 ways to confirm the order:
a. You will receive an automated call to confirm/cancel the order.
b. Incase you miss it, our Customer Delight Team will call you on the same day or the next working day to confirm/cancel the order.
c. You can email us your confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please note: If we don't hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won't be dispatching
the order unless it is confirmed nor will be block stock for it.
4-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENT DOES AMAYA SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. This service is available on Clothing, Accessories & Shoes
For other countries - There is a minimum order value of 5000 PKR.
5-DO YOU ARRANGE REVERSE PICKUPS?
No we do not have a reverse pickup facility for international orders .You will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost.
You will get a credit voucher of the product value you paid minus the shipping costs, which is valid for a year. Customs duties, taxes,
clearance and handling fees are non-refundable as they are paid to third parties.
