Delivery Information

Expected delivery time:

* Within Pakistan for Un-stitch: Within 3-5 Business Days

* Within Pakistan for stitched: Within 12-15 Business Days (After Payment is received)

* Out side of  Pakistan for Un-stitch: Within 5-10 Business Days

* Out side of  Pakistan for stitched: Within 20-25 Business Days (After Payment is received)

Shipping Charges:

Within Pakistan:

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination. Flyer Packaging only.

If do you need a box packaging then select box packaging option while ordering. (This offer only for Local customers)

Outside Pakistan:

Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination.

 Cash on Delivery: (Only For Pakistan)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address (Unstitched & Ready to Wear Products)
 
Outside Pakistan: (DHL PVT LTD.) & SKY NET
 
We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

Parcel Delivery:

Customers are instructed to  make a detailed video of parcel at receiving to share to us incase of any missing content or faulty product.

Order Tracking

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

Customs and Duties

Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country.
AMAYASHOP.COM is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment
is necessary to release your order from customs.

Exchange:

* Any product bought from AMAYASHOP.COM online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.

* For sale orders, exchanges will be provided for valid reasons only i.e Faulty or incorrect items delivered.

* Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.

* Exchange / Claim Policy is only liable within 07 days after the goods are delivered.

* For Exchange one sided courier expense will be beard by the customer.

* For order cancellation (Paid/Credit Card orders) 3% Bank Charges will be deducted.

* For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

Stitching Order garments are non refundable.

Exchange Procedure:

AMAYASHOP.com does not offer a exchange/refund policy once the order is processed.
However, you are eligible for a exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is
faulty or damaged. In that scenario you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at
amayaonlineteam@gmail.com or can call us at +92 304 333 2636 along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.

Customers will be required to ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.

* In case of a faulty/incorrect item delivered to you, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.

* For exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly.

* Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items. 

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the
tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
AMAYASHOP.COM has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as;
the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
